Here, In the kitchen we have Fabrizio, the restaurant’s owner. Fabrizio is a Chef pro – tradition and innovative at same time. He only uses high quality product and the wine cellar is well assorted.

Chef’s Recipe :
Maltagliati grouper and eggplant. This dish won the silver spoon.
Maltagliati 300 g, 1/2 kg of grouper fillet, 1 medium eggplant, 1 anchovy, 1 clove garlic, 1 sprig of basil, 6 cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper.
